All students should be in the classroom by 9:00 a.m.

Teachers will take attendance on each school day. Students who arrive later than 9:10 a.m. or leave earlier than 11:15 a.m. will be marked "late". Students who attend all classes and have no more than two "late" counts will be honored with a perfect attendance award at the end of the school year.

All students must follow the rules and instructions of the teachers.

If a student is disruptive in class, a warning will be given. After three warnings, the student will receive further disciplinary action by the School Committee, and a school report will be sent to the student's parent.

If severe weather or unexpected conditions close the school.

The Board of Directors and Principal will use the homeroom parents phone chain to send messages to every parent and student. If the person you call is not at home, please call the next person on the classroom list until you can pass on the message. Then, try again to contact the parent you originally should have called. You may also listen to KYW radio station (AM 1060) for further information. Our school code is 1152.

The school makes delicate arrangement to rent the facilities from The Haverford School.

All the members of the school should exercise all their efforts to keep the rented classroom and facility in a clean and neat condition. Parents and students are responsible for any damage on the school property.

There are two parents assigned as Parents on Duty every school day.

Please mark your on-duty day on your calendar. No parent will be required to be on duty more than twice during the school year. A coordinator will call the parents a few days before their duty day. Parents on Duty are expected to do the following:
